The CSMC-PAA is now accepting applicants for the Scholarship Program for 2012. For its initial operation, the CSMC-PAA will sponsor a Masteral Degree candidate/applicant. Partial Scholarship will be awarded to the most qualified candidate on the basis of his merits. The Scholarship Committee will conduct the screening, assessment & evaluation of the each scholar-candidate into the Program. Likewise, the Committee shall monitor and review the performance and progress of the chosen scholar every year. The said scholar must maintain a grade of 2.5 to continue receiving financial support from the alumni. The scholar is obligated to finish the Masteral Degree so undertaken, and in the event that he fails to do so, he will reimburse the total contributions made by the Alumni Association. After graduation from Masteral Degree/Subspecialty Training, he will serve for at least one year in the Department of Pediatrics od CSMC and/or at the Alumni Association.
Interested parties may download the application form available via email and submit to the Office of the Department of Pediatrics of CSMC on or before January 31, 2012.
